Job Description

We are seeking to add a Sr. Application Analyst to be based out of our office in Glenview, IL supporting Business Management / Pricing.  The Application Analyst will work collaboratively with our business team and stakeholders to define business requirements that deliver key features and capabilities supporting the business strategy as well as supporting existing systems and processes.  They will work closely with the Project team to ensure the requirements are understood and delivered.

Key job responsibilities:
•    Work with business stakeholders and identify areas of impact
•    Provide the process and leadership around defining and delivering business requirements
•    Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders
•    Conduct impact analysis of business requirements on existing technology platform, present findings and facilitate solutions
•    Perform gap analysis on technology solutions, process and organization/resources
•    Work with Software Development and Technical Services Groups on the technical design and development process ensuring business requirements are understood and delivered
•    Present business designs
•    Work with quality team on the development of testing deliverables
•    Participate in validation of the business design against the delivered software.
•    Work with software vendors to help develop systems
•    Coordinating User Testing
•    Work with Change Management team in development of training and roll out
•    Provide business support for existing systems
•    Status reporting
•    Configuration for Pricing Tool

Qualifications

 Requirements:
•    3-5 years Analyst experience, preferably in the area of pricing management
•    Development Experience preferred
•    Strong analytical and communications skills, ability to lead and work with teams, and ability to keep on schedule in development environment
•    Experience with Business Process Modeling, a plus
