Description
Product Solutions is looking for a highly motivated System Support Analyst to play a crucial role in implementing key product initiatives.
The successful candidate will collaborate with agile squads and cross functional teams to drive countrywide and state implementations that align with our strategic goals and support a high performing culture. This includes performing research to assess the interaction of new products with current offerings, pricing, and underwriting programs, and analyze product platform design to identify any gaps or dependencies. You will be responsible for rating changes, completing unit testing, and working with technology partners to create user acceptance criteria for functional testing. In this role, individuals will assess feasibility and present their findings, provide strategic and tactical recommendations to enhance business results, identify cross-team dependencies, and ensure quality.

*Level of position offered will be based on skills and experience at manager discretion*

**There is an in-office requirement 2 days per week if you live within 50 miles of one of our hub locations**

Job Responsibilities:
  • Drive business value by supporting the delivery of highest priority initiatives using thorough research techniques and rating knowledge with an Agile mindset
  • Execute Ratabase coding tasks with an emphasis on accuracy and efficiency, ensuring that all code complies with established coding standards and protocols.
  • Apply thorough testing procedures to verify the accuracy of coding and analysis results to reduce engineering rework and minimize customer impacts.
  • Actively participate in discussions to ensure clarity, communicate rating outcomes, raise blockers, and provide recommendations for next steps.
  • Create and proactively maintain comprehensive requirements and project documentation to support project clarity and continuity that is easily accessible and understood regardless of domain or portfolio.
  • Provides pre and post-production support by validating and monitoring impactful systems enhancements, changes and defects to our customers, stakeholders and support partners.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated ability to multitask and pivot effectively based on changing priorities.
  • Proven capability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to identify opportunities for improvement and take initiative without direct assignment.
  • Strong skills in research, analysis, and identifying trends to inform business decisions.
  • Experience leveraging Artificial Intelligence tools and technologies to drive efficiencies and add value in business operations.
  • Experience with pricing and rating systems.
  • Ratabase experience.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in business or technical discipline or equivalent experience.
  • Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 8 years related experience.
  • Thorough knowledge of business operations, objectives, strategies and global business trends in the financial services industry; current on new methods of integrating technology with business strategy.
  • Thorough knowledge of business priorities and investments required for long range success.
  • Extensive knowledge of IT concepts, strategies and methodologies.
  • Extensive knowledge of diverse technologies and new and current architectures.
  • Skills in object, data and process modeling; financial analysis and planning; migration planning; business value analysis; business process design.
  • Highly developed negotiation, facilitation and consensus building skills.
  • Highly developed oral and written communication skills.
