  • Coordinate with Technical Support on special quotations, retrofits, upgrades, accessories, integration packages, and other technical requests from Sales and customers.
  • Identify and assess customer requirements for measurement automation, factory connectivity, digital data capture, condition monitoring, and predictive maintenance; translate findings into product requirements, commercial solutions, and sales-enablement materials.
  • Collaborate with software and technical teams to advance integration opportunities among CMM systems, IoT devices, SMS, MeasurLink, and other digital platforms that improve customer workflows and data utilization.
  • Leverage approved artificial intelligence tools to create and enhance sales-enablement resources, including product-selection guides, competitive comparisons, customer-facing materials, training content, proposal support, and other tools that improve sales effectiveness and internal productivity.
