Position Summary

Kaseya is seeking a strategic, detail-oriented Product Manager to join our Business Information Systems (BIS) team. This individual will drive the vision, roadmap, and execution of enterprise capabilities supporting our Product Business Systems (PBS), with a focus on product configuration, pricing, fulfillment, software provisioning, entitlements, usage, and overage management.

This role will support Kaseya’s current operating environment while helping shape the future-state architecture and processes needed to support continued growth and transformation. PBS capabilities span multiple platforms, including Salesforce, NetSuite, integrations, and Kaseya products such as Kaseya One. As Kaseya evolves its enterprise systems landscape, this individual will help guide the transition toward a scalable architecture anchored by Salesforce Revenue Cloud Advanced (RCA), Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Oracle ERP, and related applications.

The ideal candidate brings a strong understanding of the Lead-to-Cash lifecycle within an enterprise SaaS environment, including product and pricing configuration, bundle management, software license provisioning, entitlement management, and usage-based billing. This person must be comfortable navigating complex integrations, balancing competing priorities, and partnering across business and technical teams to simplify legacy processes, strengthen controls, and deliver scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Product Strategy and Roadmap: Define and manage the product roadmap for Product and Pricing, Fulfillment, and Provisioning capabilities, ensuring alignment with corporate strategy, revenue operations priorities, finance transformation goals, customer experience improvements, and future-state migration objectives.
  • Product and Pricing Management: Lead capabilities related to product configuration, catalog management, SKU creation, product hierarchies, master data governance, pricing models, discount management, renewal pricing, promotions, and bundle configuration.
  • Fulfillment and Provisioning: Drive requirements and solutions for automated, manual, and hybrid provisioning models, fulfillment routing, tenant and instance creation, customer-to-tenant mapping, license provisioning, and entitlement lifecycle management.
  • Lead-to-Cash Lifecycle: Lead requirements definition and solution alignment across the Lead-to-Cash lifecycle, including product and pricing setup, order fulfillment, provisioning, usage capture, overage management, billing, revenue recognition, and reporting.
  • Product Ownership and Agile Delivery: Own and manage the product backlog, develop clear user stories and acceptance criteria, and lead backlog refinement, sprint planning, discovery sessions, solution reviews, demonstrations, and other Agile ceremonies.
  • Systems and Integration Management: Serve as a subject matter expert across current and future-state platforms, including Salesforce, Salesforce Revenue Cloud Advanced, NetSuite, Oracle ERP, MuleSoft, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Kaseya One, and related applications. Partner with technical teams to ensure reliable integrations and consistent data flows.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Finance, Billing Operations, Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Customer Operations, Product, Engineering, Enterprise Architecture, Security, and IT to gather requirements, prioritize initiatives, resolve issues, and deliver scalable business outcomes.
  • Business Process Optimization: Identify opportunities to simplify workflows, reduce manual intervention, clarify ownership, improve operational handoffs, strengthen governance, and increase automation across PBS capabilities.
  • Transformation and Migration Readiness: Balance support for legacy systems with future-state transformation priorities, ensuring legacy enhancements deliver measurable value, reduce operational risk, or improve migration readiness.
  • Governance, Risk, and Compliance: Ensure solutions align with enterprise policies, internal controls, data privacy, and security requirements. Maintain clear documentation of requirements, business rules, integration dependencies, decisions, testing coverage, and operational readiness.
  • Continuous Improvement: Monitor system performance, user adoption, data quality, defect trends, billing accuracy, provisioning effectiveness, and operational outcomes to identify opportunities for improvement and scalability.
  • Delivery and Stakeholder Alignment: Partner with Engineering Leads, QA, Scrum Masters, Business Process Leads, and Release/PMO teams to manage dependencies, remove blockers, coordinate testing, and deliver capabilities aligned with business objectives and release milestones.

Required Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in product management, product ownership, business systems analysis, CRM systems, revenue operations systems, or enterprise solution delivery.
  • Proven experience with Lead-to-Cash, Quote-to-Cash, or subscription lifecycle processes within an enterprise SaaS environment.
  • Strong working knowledge of Salesforce CPQ, Salesforce Revenue Cloud, Revenue Cloud Advanced, or comparable enterprise product configuration and pricing platforms.
  • Experience with product catalog management, SKU management, pricing configuration, discounting, bundle management, or product master data governance.
  • Hands-on experience with software license provisioning, entitlement management, or fulfillment workflows, including integrations using platforms such as MuleSoft or Boomi.
  • Experience with usage-based pricing models, including usage capture, rating, overage management, and associated billing or revenue processes.
  • Understanding of integrated system flows across sales, order management, billing, accounts receivable, collections, revenue recognition, and reporting.
  • Demonstrated success managing cross-functional Agile delivery teams and driving complex enterprise initiatives from requirements through implementation.
  • Strong understanding of business process mapping, technical integrations, data dependencies, user stories, acceptance criteria, and system controls.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to influence decisions and drive alignment across business and technical teams.
  • Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment while balancing business-as-usual support, competing priorities, and future-state transformation initiatives.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Salesforce Revenue Cloud Advanced (RCA), Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Oracle ERP, NetSuite, MuleSoft, or Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
  • Experience supporting enterprise SaaS subscription models, managed service providers (MSPs), usage-based billing, and customer lifecycle processes.
  • Familiarity with Kaseya One or comparable software provisioning, entitlement, and license management platforms.
  • Experience with revenue operations, billing operations, finance transformation, or enterprise business systems within a complex, integrated technology environment.
  • Experience supporting enterprise architecture modernization, legacy platform transitions, data governance initiatives, and large-scale systems migration.
  • Knowledge of revenue recognition and billing metadata requirements associated with product, pricing, usage, and subscription management.
