The Role
We are looking for a Founding Product Manager to join our team as one of our first key hires. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the company, our culture, and our product offerings. You will fully own the design and product development process, working closely with engineering teams to spec and deliver on requirements.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Lead the development of product features from concept to launch, ensuring a delightful user experience
- Work closely with customers, engineering, and design teams to translate product and design specifications into functional requirements
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and iterate on features
- Utilize Figma extensively for designing, prototyping, and collaborating on product design
- Collaborate with other customer-facing teams members (e.g., GTM, Customer Success) to align product vision with business goals
Qualifications for the role include:
- 3+ years of experience in product design and development
- Proven experience working with engineering teams to deliver high-quality products
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Preferred: Hands-on experience with Figma
