Job Description

We are looking for a visionary Product Manager to spearhead the transformation of our existing product portfolio of Unified Communications Platform to unlock and capture the massive Total Addressable Market (TAM). You will be taking over a critical growth engine for our business. We need a product leader who has operated at the highest levels of the tech industry—someone who knows what "great" looks like when scaling SaaS platforms and can bring that operational excellence, strategic rigor, and customer obsession to our team. You'll operate as a leader to shape AI-powered experiences and partner with world-class UX researchers, designers and engineers

What You’ll Do

  • Drive the Portfolio Transformation: Audit, reimagine, and evolve our collaboration product suite to position us as the undisputed market leader.

  • Market Research: Integrate usability studies, research and market analysis into product requirements to enhance user satisfaction.

  • Capture Massive TAM: Identify untapped market segments, analyze competitor vulnerabilities, and build a roadmap designed for aggressive SaaS growth and market share expansion.

  • Lead Through Influence: Act as the connective tissue between Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Sales. You will foster a culture of deep collaboration, ensuring all teams are marching toward the same strategic north star.

  • Own the GTM Strategy: Partner intimately with Product Marketing and Sales Leadership to define packaging, pricing, and go-to-market motions that accelerate adoption and revenue. Define and analyze metrics that inform the success of products

  • Be the Voice of the Market: Maintain an exhaustive, in-depth knowledge of the enterprise collaboration landscape, emerging trends, and evolving customer needs to keep our products steps ahead of the curve.

What You Bring

  • Elite SaaS Experience: 6+ years of progressive Product Management and/or Product Design experience, with a proven track record of scaling high-growth SaaS products. Experience building 0-1 products, platform/ecosystem products, or marketplaces

  • Strategic Growth Mindset: You have demonstrable experience taking an existing product or portfolio, pivoting or expanding its value proposition, and successfully capturing new TAM.

  • Mastery of the Market: You possess deep analytical skills and the ability to synthesize market research, user data, and commercial metrics into a winning product strategy.

  • Exceptional Collaboration Skills: You are a natural team player. You lead with empathy, and have a history of building high-trust relationships with engineering counterparts and cross-functional stakeholders.

  • Execution Excellence: You know how to ruthlessly prioritize, ship fast, learn, and iterate without sacrificing quality or user experience
