What is Yourco? The “app-less” employee app built for the frontline workforce. All of the powerful functionality and security you expect in an enterprise mobile app, with the simplicity, distribution, and actual two-way engagement of SMS.

Who We Serve: From small businesses to Fortune 500 enterprises, organizations in traditional industries trust Yourco as their frontline communications and frontline intelligence platform. Some of our customers include Snap-on, Sherwin-Williams, Keg Restaurants, Indianapolis Airport Authority, Great Day Improvements, and Ozinga. We specialize in serving industries with the frontline, non-desk employees that make up 80% of the global workforce – manufacturing, construction, transportation, oil & gas, warehousing, agriculture, facilities services, retail, hospitality, real estate, and healthcare.

Who we are looking for
  • B2B SaaS experience for growth stage startups.

  • Passionate about product. Excites you to fix customer issues.

  • Can take ownership of a multitude of projects/products.

  • Extremely organized (a "List maker")

  • Lives in Chicago

What you'll do
  • Work with customers to identify solutions to their problems. This includes direct outreach to customers, being part of support/success emails/calls, customer onboarding's, UX and error analysis.

  • Figure out how to make solutions to customer issues scalable to all customers within our ecosystem.

  • Work with Design, Engineering, Marketing, Support, Success, Sales, and Security teams to build the correct solution. (Having a technical background is helpful)

  • Manage progress on projects. Help unblock engineers. Push engineers to meet specific timelines.

  • Document product features in a scalable way so Marketing, Support, Success, Sales, and Security teams are aligned and can easily understand how the product works. This also includes dogfooding our product to backdate documentation we are missing today.

  • Handle release schedules making sure all necessary teams are fully caught up to speed on new functionality. Giving them enough time to plan marketing releases, sales trainings, support material, pricing updates, and security documentation.

  • Build external and internal products.

  • Help with QA (making sure features work correctly by dogfooding our product, verifying copy, etc…)

  • Manage change logs and improve processes
