We are highly focused on delivering value to our customers, and our recent merger has strengthened our position as the market leader in security workforce management software.

Trackforce is the market leader in B2B SaaS for the private security industry, helping to protect people and places that matter. We're hiring a Product Marketing Manager to own go-to-market for our product portfolio across the TrackTik, GuardTek, and Silvertrac platforms.

You'll be the voice of the product in the market and the voice of the market inside Product. You'll lead our wave-based release launches end to end turning the roadmap into sharp positioning, compelling messaging, and sales enablement that drives adoption and revenue.

What you'll do:
• Build differentiated positioning and messaging for distinct security buyers from guard company operators to corporate security directors
• Own end-to-end launch execution: launch plans, assets, cross-functional readiness, and post-launch results
• Equip Sales and Customer Success with enablement: decks, demos, battlecards, and objection handling
• Track adoption and launch performance, partnering on Pendo in-app guidance and KPIs
• Run voice-of-customer research to validate messaging and feed insights back to Product

What you bring:
• 5+ years in B2B SaaS product marketing
• Proven track record owning launches from messaging through adoption
• Exceptional writing and cross-functional leadership through influence
• Comfort with a fast release cadence and data-informed GTM decisions
