Requirements

  • Previous experience in automotive sales or a related field is not required; training will be provided.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish positive relationships with customers.
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a customer-centric approach.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor, with a genuine desire to help customers find the right vehicle.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner, build rapport, and establish trust.
  • Listen attentively to customers' needs and preferences by asking questions to better understand their requirements.
  • Conduct test drives with customers to showcase vehicle features.
  • Negotiate pricing and terms with customers to reach mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Complete all necessary paperwork accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
  • Follow up with customers after the sale to ensure satisfaction, and address any concerns or questions they may have.
  • Stay informed about the latest automotive trends, technologies, and products to provide customers with expert advice and recommendations.
