Step Up to the Plate as a Production Associate!

Location: Woodridge, IL
Department: Manufacturing
Pay: $18 per hour
Shift: First Shift

Monday through Friday, with occasional Saturdays.

5:30am-2pm, though hours may vary slightly based on production needs.

What You'll Do

As a Production Associate, you'll help bring Home Run Inn pizza to life. You'll work alongside a team to prepare, assemble, package, and label our products while making sure every pizza meets our standards for quality, safety, and consistency.

You'll be an important part of the process—from the ingredients that go into each product to the finished pizzas that make their way to families across the country.

No two days are exactly the same, but one thing stays consistent: we make great pizza together.

You'll Spend Your Time

Making great pizza

  • Operate, monitor, and maintain food processing equipment according to established procedures
  • Assist with assembling, packaging, and labeling products
  • Follow recipes, measurements, and product specifications to ensure consistency
  • Follow proper procedures when handling raw ingredients
  • Make sure materials such as boxes, totes, bags, and raw ingredients are available when needed

Keeping quality and safety first

  • Follow all company safety, GMP, and food safety requirements
  • Help create a culture where teammates look out for one another and work safely
  • Inspect raw materials and finished products for quality and consistency
  • Report product issues, defects, or inconsistencies to your supervisor
  • Immediately report equipment concerns or malfunctions to the Production Leader
  • Wear required personal protective equipment and follow workplace safety procedures

Keeping the production floor running

  • Make sure equipment is operating properly at your assigned position
  • Clean and sanitize work areas, equipment, and tools before, during, and after your shift
  • Use downtime to support department and production line cleaning
  • Work cooperatively with teammates to meet production goals and deadlines
  • Communicate with supervisors and other departments to help resolve issues
  • Jump in and support other duties as assigned

What You'll Bring
  • Previous experience in food processing, manufacturing, production, or a similar environment is preferred
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
  • Basic math skills for measurements and production tracking
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to speak, read, and understand English
  • Willingness to follow all food safety, GMP, and workplace safety requirements

  • Full-time, first-shift position based in our Woodridge Manufacturing facility
