We offer merchants an end-to-end payments solution that provides authorization and settlement capabilities, as well as instant access to funds and payouts. We also help merchants connect with their customers, process exchanges and returns, and manage risk. We enable consumers to engage in cross-border shopping and merchants to extend their global reach while reducing the complexity and friction involved in enabling cross-border trade.

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced, highly organised Program Manager to lead Customer Communications and Content for Service Experience (SE) and Global Markets Incidents. In this role, you will support driving the creation of clear, concise operational communications — both issue and non-issue related — for SE and Global Market Incidents.

Job Description:

Essential Responsibilities:

• Scope: The project & program responsibilities are focused on internal information system-specific project tasks or non-technical project completion using an internal customer perspective, both typically from initiation through delivery.
• Organize daily activities based on organizational goals.
• Develop and implement new programs that support objectives.
• Monitor projects and oversee project managers.
• Evaluate program strengths and weaknesses.
• Develop program budgets and plans.
• Meet with stakeholders to discuss program status and goals.
• Improve strategies with the marketing team.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 5+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree OR Any equivalent combination of education and experience.

The base pay for this role will depend on where you work and the relevant experience and expertise you bring. The expected range of pay for this role by location is:

Primary Location | Pay Range:

Chicago, Illinois | ($95,500.00 - $141,900.00 Annually)

Additional Location(s) | Pay Range:

Scottsdale, Arizona | ($94,000.00 - $134,750.00 Annually)

Additional compensation for this role may include an annual performance bonus, equity, or other incentive compensation, as applicable.
