  • Prepare timely status reports, financial updates, risk assessments, and other required information for the Prime Program Manager and company leadership.
  • Participate in customer, Prime Contractor, and internal team meetings as a professional company representative.
  • Support proposal development, including staffing plans, resumes, management approaches, past performance, and pricing inputs.
  • Assist with identifying follow-on work, competing, new business opportunities, and customer needs.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, management, project management, public administration, or a related field is strongly desired.
  • Three (3) to five (5) years of experience managing federal service contracts, task orders, projects, or comparable service-delivery programs. 8(a) or SBA experience is a plus
  • Experience supporting or managing contracts valued between approximately $3M to $10M as a subcontractor and / or primary contract holder.
  • A PMP, CAPM, or other project-management certification is strongly desired
  • Experience working as a federal prime contractor, subcontractor, or both is required.
  • Experience leading employees or project teams.
  • Working knowledge of service-contract operations, including statements of work, deliverables, staffing, timekeeping, invoicing, customer reporting, and quality assurance.
  • Strong organization, communication, financial-management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams.
  • Ability to work remotely and travel occasionally as required.
