**This is a hybrid position that requires 2 days per week in office at our Chicago location**

The Project Coordinator supports the delivery of product content and data across recipient programs. This role manages workflows, monitors progress, maintains accurate program information, and helps resolve day-to-day issues that may affect content delivery or publication outcomes. 

Working closely with Program Management, Customer Success, Operations, Product, Engineering, suppliers, and other stakeholders, the Project Coordinator provides hands-on operational support for strategic programs. The role is well suited for someone who is highly organized, detail oriented, comfortable working with data, and motivated to improve the customer and recipient experience. 

HOW WE’LL BE WINNING TOGETHER DAY TO DAY

  • Coordinate day-to-day activities, workflows, milestones, and deliverables across assigned recipient and retailer programs. 
  • Support strategic programs by monitoring product content as it moves through Syndigo workflows and identifying rejected, stalled, incomplete, or underperforming items.  
  • Partner with Program Managers, Customer Success Managers, Operations, Product, Engineering, suppliers, brands, and other stakeholders to help remove blockers and keep work progressing.  
  • Support Mandarin-speaking suppliers and vendors participating in import vendor programs through clear business communication, onboarding, training, and ongoing operational coordination.  
  • Prepare and maintain weekly, monthly, and ad hoc reports for recipient programs.  
  • Research and respond to customer and stakeholder requests in a timely manner, ensuring appropriate follow-through and escalation when needed.  
  • Review data and program outputs for completeness, accuracy, and quality in accordance with documented requirements.  
  • Communicate program status, risks, delays, and dependencies clearly to internal and external stakeholders.  
  • Assist with additional operational, reporting, documentation, and program coordination tasks based on business priorities.

WE SHOULD TALK IF THIS SOUNDS LIKE YOU 

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in project coordination, operations, customer success, program support, business analysis, or a related client-facing role
  • Experience in a software-as-a-service, retail, e-commerce, product content, data management, or syndication environment preferred
  • Professional working proficiency in Mandarin Chinese and English, with the ability to support business conversations, onboarding, and training for Mandarin-speaking program participants
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment 
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work effectively with customers, suppliers, and cross-functional teams
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and reporting tools
  • Experience with Jira, SharePoint, or similar operational tools is a plus 
  • Ability to work independently after training while remaining collaborative, responsive, and accountable for follow-through
  • Comfortable learning new software, workflows, and data processes

Your individual compensation within the budgeted salary range is determined based on your skills, education, experience, and internal equity. This position is Bonus Eligible.

Budgeted Salary Range:
$55,000$65,000 USD
