Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity for a Project Coordinator at UL Research Institutes. The Project Coordinator coordinates various project activities, communicating with stakeholders, tracking project progress, and ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget. The Project Coordinator works closely with project managers, team members, and other departments to facilitate effective project management.

This is a remote based position.

What you’ll learn and achieve:

As the Project Coordinator, you will play a key role in the rapid growth of UL as you:

  • Collaborate with project managers to develop and maintain detailed project plans, including scope, objectives, success criteria, tasks, timelines, resources, and risk mitigation strategies.

  • Facilitate clear and effective communication among project team members, stakeholders, and vendors, ensuring alignment and timely information sharing.

  • Organize, support, and document regular project status meetings, capturing key discussions, decisions, and action items.

  • Track and maintain project schedules and timelines, ensuring milestones are met and tasks are completed on schedule.

  • Monitor project deliverables for quality, accuracy, and compliance with project requirements through regular reviews and quality checks.

  • Identify, monitor, and escalate risks, issues, or deviations from project plans, proposing solutions or contingency actions as needed.

  • Coordinate project resources, monitor utilization, and recommend adjustments to support project priorities.

  • Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, meeting minutes, and stakeholder updates, highlighting progress, challenges, and achievements.

  • Contribute to continuous improvement efforts by providing feedback on processes, sharing lessons learned, and participating in post‑project evaluations.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Salary Range:

$50,578.00-$69,544.75
