Summary

The Project Manager for Marketing owns the end-to-end execution of marketing initiatives by building and maintaining project plans, timelines, and status reporting that keep work on track. This role aligns cross-functional stakeholders, manages the flow of assets, and ensures launch readiness through QA, tracking, and launch communications. They also lead recurring status touch points, document decisions and action items, and proactively manage risks and escalations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end GTM/project plans for marketing initiatives (brief, timeline, channel plans, progress tracking).
  • Build and maintain project schedules and status reporting (weekly updates, Marketing channel logs).
  • Coordinate stakeholder alignment and approvals (Creative, Growth, Product, Marketing, Legal/Compliance as needed).
  • Manage asset trafficking: intake, briefs, reviews, version control, and final handoff to channel owners.
  • Ensure campaign readiness: QA checklists, tracking launch comms, and post-launch monitoring.
  • Run recurring standups and status meetings and document decisions/action items in Notion.
  • Maintain campaign documentation (requirements, meeting notes, links to decks, creative, tracking dashboards).
  • Identify risks early and drive mitigation/escalation; remove blockers for owners.

Required Qualifications and Key Competencies

  • 2 + years of Project Management experience in marketing, including required hands-on experience with campaign management and go-to-market (GTM) strategy and execution.
  • Strong planning and execution skills (briefs, timelines, channel plans, milestone tracking, launch readiness).
  • Stakeholder management and approval coordination experience.
  • Asset trafficking/version control discipline; comfortable running reviews and managing handoffs.
  • QA/checklist mindset for launches; able to track launch comms and post-launch monitoring.
  • Strong meeting facilitation (stand-ups, status meetings) and documentation habits (decisions, action items).
  • Risk/issue management and escalation skills.
  • Notion proficiency is a plus.

New Hire Base Salary Range

  • $85,000 - $100,000.
  • Bonus: This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.
  • The compensation offered will take into account internal compensation structure and may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
