Summary

ClearChoice is seeking a Project Manager to join the Sales Enablement team, supporting the execution of all sales-related strategic initiatives to drive organizational performance and enhance the ClearChoice sales experience. The responsibilities of this role consist of designing, directing and administering Sales Enablement projects, including but not limited to providing change management and communication support necessary to accomplish the unique goals of each managed project. This role will report to the VP of Sales Stratergy.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • The Project Manager will be responsible for supporting and leading the full scope of project management services for network-wide strategic initiatives related to the sales process.

  • Coordinate cross-functional teams, identify key resources, and manage the execution of short-, mid-, and long-term projects. Ability to balance conflicting priorities, communicate challenges, and build action plans is required.

  • Manage the details of complex projects–large and small–in a sustainable and repeatable way. Attention to detail and strong organization skills are a must.

  • Direct the initial deployment of new initiatives, develop tracking and accountability processes, and provide updates to management systems for each project.

  • Develop messaging and tailor communications to meet the needs of multiple employee groups, including corporate project teams, field and sales teams, and management.

  • Provide ongoing support for existing initiatives by collecting and maintaining status updates, addressing roadblocks, and implementing corrective actions as needed.

  • Proactively communicate with project teams and business partners to ensure timely delivery of key action items. Lead by example and demonstrate consistency.

  • Initiative deployment and ongoing project management

  • Ad hoc special projects as assigned by Leadership.

  • Drive innovation and continuous improvement by bringing ideas for improvement or change.

  • Work effectively with bringing together multiple internal departments and with external partners/vendors to achieve defined goals.

  • Escalate risks throughout the organization appropriately.

  • Administrative responsibilities for the team as needed

 

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.

  • 5+ years of Project management, or similar experience.

  • Demonstrated experience with developing and executing a portfolio of projects at various levels, including design, management, deployment, adoption, and evaluation.

  • Exceptional written, verbal, and visual communication skills are essential. Must be able to convey complex ideas clearly and concisely in conversation, written communications, and presentations (MS PowerPoint, Google Slides, or both.)

  • Demonstrated proficiency with data and reporting with spreadsheets (MS Excel, Google Sheets, or both.)

  • Ability to manage projects at both the strategic and tactical level. Strategies are successful only when planned and executed properly.

  • Ability to lead discussions, influence, and employ a consultative approach in matrixed environments.

  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias towards action in identifying areas of opportunity and plans for solving.

  • Alignment with ClearChoice mission, vision and purpose.

  • Interest in video editing with Adobe Premiere Pro is a plus (Basic skills training can be provided as needed.)

  

 

  • Annual Base Salary range: $100,000 - 110,000 (Actual pay may vary based on experience, performance, and qualifications.)
