Overview
Inabia is seeking a QA/Test Analyst with deep banking and TSYS expertise to join a fast-paced delivery team based in Chicago, Illinois. This is a fully onsite role (5 days per week) focused on validating card and payment functionality across complex processor integrations. The ideal candidate brings hands-on TSYS platform experience and a strong command of the end-to-end transaction lifecycle.
Responsibilities
  • Execute hands-on testing for TSYS-related enhancements, defect fixes, and new integrations
  • Perform functional, end-to-end, and regression testing across card and payment workflows
  • Validate transaction lifecycle scenarios including authorizations, clearing and settlement, postings, fees, disputes, chargebacks, and reconciliation
  • Document test results thoroughly and log defects with clear reproduction steps and supporting evidence
  • Partner with business and technology stakeholders to confirm requirements and expected system outcomes
  • Contribute to test planning and ensure coverage aligns with acceptance criteria
Key Qualifications
  • Strong domain experience in banking, cards, and payments
  • Proven hands-on TSYS testing experience (platform-level and/or integration testing)
  • Ability to validate complex transaction lifecycle scenarios end to end
  • Comfortable working at pace in an agile or fast-moving delivery environment
  • Must be available to work onsite in Chicago, Illinois 5 days per week
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with defect tracking and test management tools
  • Familiarity with processor integration testing methodologies
  • Prior exposure to reconciliation and dispute/chargeback workflows
