Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Quality Assurance (QA) Automation Engineer to ensure the delivery of high-quality, reliable, and scalable software solutions. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in test strategy, test automation, integration testing, regression testing, control validation, and defect management.

This role is responsible for designing and implementing automation frameworks, developing comprehensive test strategies, validating system functionality, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure software quality throughout the development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive test strategies aligned with business and technical requirements.
  • Design, build, and maintain scalable test automation frameworks and automated test suites.
  • Create and execute test plans, test cases, and test scenarios for functional and non-functional testing.
  • Perform integration testing to validate end-to-end workflows, interfaces, APIs, and system interactions.
  • Execute regression testing to ensure application stability following code changes and releases.
  • Validate business controls, system controls, and compliance requirements through structured testing processes.
  • Identify, document, prioritize, and track software defects through resolution.
  • Collaborate with product managers, business analysts, developers, and DevOps teams to ensure quality objectives are met.
  • Participate in requirements reviews, design reviews, and sprint planning activities.
  • Develop automated API, UI, integration, and database test scripts.
  • Analyze test results and provide quality metrics, defect trends, and risk assessments.
  • Support release validation, production verification, and post-deployment testing activities.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes, tools, and testing methodologies.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 6-10 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Test Automation, or Software Testing.
  • Strong experience developing and maintaining automated testing frameworks.
  • Proven expertise in integration, regression, functional, and end-to-end testing.
  • Experience with defect lifecycle management and issue tracking tools.
  • Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, Agile, and DevOps methodologies.
  • Experience validating system controls and compliance-related requirements.
  • Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Compensation, Benefits and Duration 
Minimum Compensation: USD 37,000 
Maximum Compensation: USD 132,000 
Compensation is based on actual experience and qualifications of the candidate. The above is a reasonable and a good faith estimate for the role. 
Medical, vision, and dental benefits, 401k retirement plan, variable pay/incentives, paid time off, and paid holidays are available for full-time employees. 
This position is not available for independent contractors
