Lincoln Tech is seeking a Receptionist/Administrative Service Coordinator to oversee our front desk operations and handle various administrative duties. At Lincoln Tech, we understand the significance of the first impression, and you will play a key role as the initial point of contact for our campus. Welcoming students, visitors, and callers with warmth and professionalism, you'll set the tone for their experience with us.
Responsibilities of a Receptionist/Administrative Service Coordinator
- Handle administrative tasks, such as new start paperwork, letters and correspondence, audit assistance, bookstore inventory
- Receive students and visitors at the front desk
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
- Complete audits of student files and sends results to Registrar
- Produce letters and other correspondence as well as reconcile start folders with Registrar
- Check references; arrange for background checks and drug tests
- Deliver employee orientation presentations for all new hires and maintains employee ACICS files
- Coordinate with Financial Aid for overdue payments, relative to Title IV
Requirements of a Receptionist/Administrative Service Coordinator
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Able to work a flexible schedule, including some Saturdays
