Full-cycle recruiter responsible for U.S. hiring for operations, engineering, and technical roles. Source candidates, manage interviews and ATS records, partner with hiring managers, negotiate offers, and improve recruitment processes and employer branding.
We are looking for a Recruiter who will own full-cycle hiring across the U.S. market, with a primary focus on operations, engineering, and technical roles supporting our data center business.
This is a hands-on recruiting role where you'll work closely with hiring managers, drive sourcing strategies, and deliver an outstanding candidate experience from the first conversation through offer acceptance.
Responsibilities:Full-Cycle Recruitment- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process across multiple U.S. vacancies.
- Partner with hiring managers to define hiring strategies and candidate profiles.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and direct outreach.
- Conduct recruiter interviews and assess candidate fit.
- Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communication throughout the hiring process.
- Present qualified candidates and provide market insights to hiring managers.
- Negotiate offers and support candidates through the hiring process.
- Build strong talent pipelines for technical and operational roles.
- Develop creative sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill positions.
- Maintain relationships with passive candidates and industry professionals.
- Continuously improve sourcing channels and outreach effectiveness.
- Maintain accurate ATS records and recruitment reporting.
- Track recruiting KPIs and hiring progress.
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives across the U.S. market.
- Identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes and candidate experience.
Requirements
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
- Experience recruiting in the U.S. market.
- Experience hiring for technical, engineering, operations, manufacturing, logistics, or data center roles.
- Strong sourcing skills.
- Experience managing multiple vacancies simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently.
- Fluent English (C1+).
- Experience recruiting for Bitcoin mining, infrastructure, energy, fintech, or technology companies.
- Experience hiring field technicians, engineers, operations managers, or leadership roles.
- Experience working in a fast-growing international company.
- Experience with Workable or similar ATS platforms.
- Familiarity with AI sourcing and recruiting tools.
