We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Recruiting Administrative Assistant to support our Talent Acquisition team. This role is responsible for managing administrative tasks throughout the recruiting lifecycle, including maintaining applicant tracking systems (ATS), updating job sheets, and ensuring accurate and timely data management. The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, highly organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced hiring environment.

Responsibilities
  • *Maintain and update candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) (e.g., Bullhorn or similar platforms)
  • *Accurately update and manage job sheets, ensuring all job details, statuses, and candidate activities are current
  • *Post job openings across various platforms and track application activity
  • *Assist recruiters with scheduling interviews and coordinating candidate communications
  • *Review and organize resumes and application materials within the ATS
  • *Ensure data integrity and consistency across recruiting systems and reports
  • *Generate recruiting reports and assist with tracking key hiring metrics
  • *Support onboarding documentation and pre-employment processes as needed
  • *Communicate professionally with candidates and internal stakeholders
  • *Perform general administrative duties to support the recruiting team
Qualifications
  • *1 –3 years of administrative or recruiting support experience
  • *Hands-on experience with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS), preferably Bullhorn or similar
  • *Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
  • *Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • *Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • *Strong written and verbal communication abilities
  • *Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information

Preferred Qualifications

  • *Experience in staffing, recruiting, or HR environments
  • *Familiarity with recruiting databases
  • *Ability to multitask and prioritize in a high-volume recruiting setting
