Position Summary

Directs a team of account executives within an assigned territory to achieve goal attainment. Develops employees by removing identified obstacles, strengthening skills, and driving performance.

Major Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Leads and develops the sales team with targeted coaching that improves individual performance and strengthens overall team performance.
  • Creates a results-driven culture that drives performance and goal achievement.
  • Drives revenue generation by guiding team members in prospecting, identifying, and securing new business.
  • Directs the forecasting process to maintain a strong pipeline of accounts that positions the team for goal attainment.
  • Identifies performance gaps and implements strategies that improve each employee’s approach to growing and retaining accounts.
  • Identifies performance gaps and implements improvements in employee business plans to help achieve desired results.
  • Partners with teams across the organization to address customer needs, streamline workflows, and support long-term relationships.
  • Upholds a leading market position for the organization within the transportation industry.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.
  • 10+ years of sales experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.

               

Salary Range: $132,500.00 - $168,300.00 annually, based on experience. This position is bonus eligible.
