As a Regional Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in our company's overall success. Your mission: proactively generate leads, cultivate exceptional customer relationships, and promote our products and services to boost profitability in your region. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to create, train and lead a team to support your regional efforts.  In this role, you will:

  • Promote ID Technology products, including label, coding & marking equipment, labels, and ribbons, within your territory.
  • Foster new relationships while nurturing existing accounts in an ethical and profitable manner.
  • Work on a team to support national accounts as needed.
  • Follow up on company-supplied leads in a timely manner
  • Maintain a comprehensive prospect-customer database.
  • Prepare proposals and quotes in alignment with company guidelines.
  • Generate reports using company reporting mechanisms.
  • Attend necessary training sessions and meetings as directed.
  • Stay current on market and technical trends.

  • Proficiency with computer systems, especially MS Office.
  • Willingness to travel approximately 50% of the time, visiting prospective clients, current customers, vendors, and more.

  • Self-motivation and a strong desire for personal and professional growth.
  • Excellent technical, communication, and organizational skills.

Placement within our salary range is determined based upon years of directly relatable experience for your position. These components, along with local and national compensation survey data, contribute to deciding a candidate's potential starting rate of pay.  

Total compensation includes your pay (base salary), commission (or incentives or both), comprehensive medical/dental/vision programs, as well as life insurance, disability insurance, paid time off programs, a retirement savings plan with a company match, and a wellness program. And because we understand the importance of feeling protected, there is no waiting period for benefits – you are eligible on your first day of employment! 

Total Pay Range: $200,000 - $250,000 Base Salary Range: $35,000; Potential Commission Opportunity: $165,000-$215,000
