The prime candidate to fill RightStar’s Sr. Remedy Systems Consultant position is self-motivated, highly responsible, possesses above average communication skills, and has, at a minimum, the education, certifications, and experience listed below. The Sr. Remedy Systems Consultant designs, configures, and implements Remedy ITSM and associated modules at client sites. This includes achieving  key project goals, customer satisfaction, and set profitability objectives. Salary and benefits are commensurate with experience.

Minimum requirements include:

Remedy ITSM certification or equivalent preferred

Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Engineering, Technology or related field

Minimum 3 years experience coordinating and/supporting ITSM business processes

Minimum 5-10 years of Remedy ITSM implementation / Consulting experience

Minimum 3 years experience with business intelligence software such as Crystal Reports

ITIL Foundation v3 certified

Travel to customer sites
