Your Opportunity

Scion is paving a path in student living, and we’re seeking a Revenue Manager to join us in executing our vision.

The Revenue Manager will oversee daily revenue management operations for assigned properties, across all revenue verticals. This includes implementing pricing strategies, monitoring market trends, and ensuring alignment with overall revenue goals.

Responsibilities

  • Define yield strategy in partnership with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to maximize asset yield.
  • Analyze market data to understand the competitive position of our communities, and our strategic position in the market.
  • Implement and monitor pricing strategies, leveraging Scion’s proprietary Business Intelligence platform.
  • Effectively communicate performance updates to all stakeholders. Highlight opportunities and risks, and coordinate with partner departments to address.
  • Manage day-to-day revenue management activities including forecasting and pricing, strategy testing, reporting and analysis, and other relevant tasks.
  • Lead the annual revenue planning process for assigned communities.
  • Identify process improvements and best practices that can be scaled across the broader revenue management function.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, or other relevant fields of study
  • 2+ years of experience in revenue management, commercial strategy, or adjacent areas – preferably in student housing, multifamily, or hospitality.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly convey complex information to a variety of audiences.
  • Experience with revenue management software preferred.

The base salary range for this full-time position is base + bonus + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
