We are currently hiring energetic, customer-focused Retail Sales Associates to represent AT&T in a store-within-a-store retail setting. If you thrive in a fast-paced retail sales environment, enjoy helping customers, and are driven by performance goals, we want to meet you.

Retail Sales Associate Responsibilities

As a Retail Sales Associate, you will work inside a high-traffic retail partner location representing AT&T products and services. This is an inside retail sales role focused on customer engagement, product education, and closing sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and proactively engage customers in a busy retail sales environment
  • Identify customer needs through consultative selling and active listening
  • Educate customers on AT&T wireless products, devices, plans, and services
  • Drive retail sales performance by meeting and exceeding sales goals
  • Process transactions, activate service plans, and complete sales accurately
  • Maintain strong product knowledge to confidently recommend solutions
  • Deliver exceptional customer service before, during, and after the sale
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards and brand compliance
  • Work collaboratively with team members to maximize store sales performance
Retail Sales Associate Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED (Required)
  • 1+ year of retail sales, customer service, or face-to-face sales experience (Preferred)
  • At least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable working in a high-traffic retail sales environment
  • Ability to perform essential job functions, including standing and walking for the duration of an 8+ hour shift
  • Goal-oriented with a strong drive to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Basic technology proficiency (POS systems, mobile devices, tablets)
  • Flexible schedule availability, including weekends as needed
