The role of Account & Relationship Manager for P&E (Pharma LOB) supports the development of P&E Content Solutions for domestic and international pharmaceutical and medical device clients and agencies (i.e. Millennium (US) Bionical Solutions (US), Adelpí Health Comm (Mexico), Biopress Int’l (Spain) etc.). 

The objective of this role is to achieve an annual sales goal by developing P&E Content Solutions for customers to enable them to deliver more effective detailing and engagement with healthcare providers (HCPs). These P&E Content Solutions include:

  • Bulk book programs

  • Anatomical Chart programs

  • Excerpts and individual chapters from Wolters Kluwer books

  • Access to electronic versions of books

  • Custom book and anatomical chart programs

To expedite and deliver these programs, the Account & Relationship Manager undertakes these and other activities:

  • Liaise with the book publishers and anatomical chart acquisitions teams to identify new and revised content with commercial pharma potential.

  • Propose new content assets to clients.

  • Provide quotes and proposals to clients.

  • Provide clients with sample pages and content for medical legal review process.

  • Work with publishing team to develop custom spin offs and derivatives of existing books (i.e. Chapter eprints, reprints, ebook spin offs, etc.).

  • Work with manufacturing and finance teams to ensure timely delivery of projects to customers.

  • Work with inventory team to assess inventory levels of current books and assess needs for future new editions.

  • Work with finance manager to ensure weekly Advantage reporting is accurate for rolling book programs.

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop effective content solutions to customers’ marketing challenges.

  • Ensure invoices are submitted in a timely fashion

Required Skills

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.

  • Strong organizational skills.

  • Ability to work with wide group of internal and external stakeholders.

  • Digital fluency in using MS Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

  • Understanding of healthcare and willingness to learn

Preferred Skills

  • A strong candidate will have two to three years of experience in healthcare sales. 

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience. 

Travel

  • 15% travel

Compensation:

$63,200.00 - $108,200.00 USD
This role is eligible for Commission.

Compensation range listed is based on primary location of the position.  Actual base salary offer is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skills, experience and actual hiring location. Your recruiter can share more information about the specific offer for the job location during the hiring process.
