Team Overview
The Sales Director of Fraud - Diversified Markets will lead a high-performing sales team focused on driving growth of fraud, identity, and device solutions across key verticals including Tech, eCommerce, and Gaming, while directly contributing to complex sales cycles from client engagement through contract execution. The position combines hands-on sales leadership, team coaching, and go-to-market strategy, partnering cross-functionally to expand market presence, generate pipeline through industry engagement, and deliver innovative, customer-centric solutions in the Fraud and Trust & Safety space. This role will report to the VP of Sales for Fraud - Diversified Markets. This is a remote position which may require occasional in-person attendance at work-related events at the discretion of management.Role Overview and Core Responsibilities
- Meet sales targets through sales across several key verticals: Tech, Internet, eCommerce, Gig, Marketplaces, Gaming and Data Companies.
- Coach, support, and develop a team of sellers across the full Fraud, Identity, and Device sales lifecycle—from opportunity development through contract negotiation and handoff—while driving high performance, fostering a collaborative culture, and promoting communication, innovation, and results-oriented execution
- Strategize with Individual Sellers in the application of TransUnion’s fraud solutions to specific subvertical markets to drive opportunity creation.
- Attend key market conferences and specific client engagements to build visibility for TransUnion, top-of-funnel lead generation, and further sales cycles.
- Ensure continued success through hiring key talent, mentorship of individuals and team member development.
- Partner with TransUnion Diversified Markets Vertical team, Marketing Solutions team, Product Marketing, Solutions Consulting, etc. to establish and execute on Go to Market strategies to advance TransUnion's business and reputation in the Fraud/Trust & Safety space.
- Collect, interpret and share market, customer and competitive intelligence concerning Fraud/Trust & Safety trends and mitigation solutions.
- Experience offering thought leadership (blogs, webinars, etc) to drive sales opportunities
- Prior experience with sales processes, managing with metrics, and solution and/or challenger selling, with a proven ability to drive growth and results
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
Required Knowledge and Experiences
- 10+ years of experience selling fraud, identity, device and analytics solutions to large enterprise accounts.
- Proven track record of success in building and leading sales teams to a top-performing, consultative and insight-led model.
- Demonstrated success in solution and consultative selling, working directly with enterprise customers and Exec-level sales of B2B information solutions.
- Understanding of issues in the vertical and fraud landscape required; a network of executive contacts and key relationships within the Fraud, Trust & Safety, and Identity persona expected.
- Demonstrated enterprise sales discipline through experience in monitoring and measuring strategic sales goals and priorities; knowledge and use of next generation sales management tools such as salesforce.com, Gong, and a sales methodology like Franklin Covey.
- Posses interpersonal, business acumen, domain expertise and influencing skills to establish credibility and trust with customers and build relationships with internal business partners.
- Bachelor's degree required, MBA is a plus.

Pay Scale Information:The pay range for this position is $94,000.00 - $185,000 annually. This position is eligible for both base pay and commission earnings. TransUnion commission targets are generally 20% – 50% of base salary and may vary based on position. *The salary range for this position reflects a reasonable estimate of the range of compensation for this job. At TransUnion, actual compensation is based on careful consideration of additional factors such as (but not limited to) an individual’s education, training, work experience, job-related skill set, location, and industry knowledge, as well as the scope and responsibilities of the position and market considerations. Certain positions may be also eligible for long-term incentives and other payments based on applicable company guidance and plan documents.TransUnion Overview:
