Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute territory and account strategies to acquire new enterprise customers.

  • Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities across targeted industries.

  • Build a sustainable pipeline through prospecting, networking, executive relationships, referrals, and partner ecosystems.

  • Manage the complete sales cycle from opportunity identification through contract execution.

  • Engage executive stakeholders, including CIOs, CTOs, CFOs, COOs, CEOs, and business leaders.

  • Understand client business priorities and develop value-based technology solutions.

  • Collaborate with Solution Consulting, Delivery, Marketing, Alliances, and Executive Leadership throughout the sales process.

  • Lead strategic pursuits, proposals, executive presentations, negotiations, and contract discussions.

  • Build and maintain relationships with strategic technology partners, including SAP, Oracle, and Salesforce.

  • Maintain accurate opportunity forecasts and pipeline activity within Salesforce CRM.

  • Meet or exceed established sales goals and performance objectives.

Preferred Experience

The ideal candidate will bring experiences in AI-led services for at least 2 key areas:

  • ERP (preferably SAP, Oracle, and /or Workday)

  • Salesforce

  • Data & Analytics (preferably Snowflake and Databricks)

  • Digital Engineering

  • Managed Services

  • Infrastructure Modernization

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering or a related discipline. MBA is a plus.

  • Demonstrated success in enterprise B2B technology sales.

  • Experience developing new business opportunities within enterprise accounts.

  • Experience managing complex, consultative sales cycles involving multiple executive stakeholders.

  • Strong executive communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Experience using Salesforce CRM and sales enablement tools.

  • Strong understanding of solution selling, account planning, pipeline management, and forecasting.
