We’re looking for a Sales Enablement Manager who will drive excellence by ensuring our sales team is trained, motivated, and equipped to exceed revenue goals. This role is all about turning training into measurable impact—connecting skill development to performance and embedding accountability into every step of the sales process.
What You'll Do
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities.
- Partner with leadership to set KPIs, benchmarks, and dashboards.
- Ensure 100% completion of sales training and certifications.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and track adoption through performance metrics.
- Implement structured coaching and performance improvement frameworks.
- Design recognition programs, including President’s Club and annual awards.
- Collaborate across teams to modernize sales readiness with new tools and technologies.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years in sales enablement, training compliance, or performance management.
- Proven ability to connect training outcomes to business KPIs.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency with Salesforce, LMS platforms, and dashboards.
- Familiarity with sales methodologies (SPIN, Challenger, MEDDIC, etc.).
- Excellent coaching, facilitation, and communication skills.
- Knowledge of adult learning principles and reinforcement best practices.
