Job Description:

Location: Remote with travel to client sites as needed.

Overview: We are seeking a Sales Professional to lead, shape, and pursue large, complex transformation opportunities across Managed Applications, AI & Data, Application Transformation & Modernization, and Consulting services. - Some experience within Healthcare & Consumer Retail to drive new business and account growth across the Healthcare and Consumer Retail sectors. This role focuses on identifying, developing, and closing opportunities for DXC’s consulting, digital transformation, data, and application services. You will partner closely with client executives and DXC account teams to originate opportunities, shape solutions, and close strategic deals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive new business development within Healthcare and Consumer Retail accounts.

  • Accountable for developing an active pipeline and managing varied sales cycle demands by educating customers through expert-level knowledge of DXC offerings, pricing, market differentiators, and industry solutions. 

  • Own and deliver against an annual sales quota, typically ranging from $5M-$15M+ depending on territory, account scope, and portfolio mix.

  • Maintain a well-managed sales pipeline and continuously educate customers on DXC's capabilities, value propositions, pricing, and market differentiators.

  • Drive personal origination activities to create new business opportunities, expand existing relationships, and build a sustainable sales pipeline.

  • Lead, shape, and pursue large, complex transformation opportunities across Managed Applications, AI & Data, Application Transformation & Modernization, and Consulting Services, including commercial structuring, negotiation, and contract closure.

  • Manage and own strategic pursuits from qualification through contract execution, including opportunity strategy, executive engagement, solution development, commercial positioning, and negotiations.

  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with executive stakeholders, including CIOs, CTOs, CFOs, CEOs, COOs, Chief Digital Officers, and business leaders.

  • Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities to identify new business prospects and growth strategies.

  • Collaborate with client partners, solution architects, and delivery teams to develop differentiated proposals and winning solutions.

  • Responsible for large, multi-service-line transformation pursuits that may span multiple towers, business functions, and contract years.

Quota / Scope

  • Manage and deliver against an annual quota in the range of $5M–$10M, depending on territory and assigned accounts

  • Build and maintain a healthy pipeline aligned with bookings and revenue targets

  • Support territory and account growth strategies within the Healthcare and Consumer Retail portfolio

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • 6+ years of enterprise technology or consulting sales experience.

    Experience selling Managed Applications, AI & Data, Application Transformation & Modernization, and Consulting services into Healthcare, Life Sciences, or Consumer Retail industries.

  • Demonstrated success in new logo acquisition and expanding strategic enterprise accounts.

  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding revenue or bookings targets in complex solution-based selling environments.

    Experience selling digital transformation, consulting, cloud, or application services.

  • Strong understanding of client business strategies and the technology implications that support transformation initiatives.

    Experience managing long enterprise sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders and decision makers.

  • Executive presence with the ability to influence and engage C-suite business and technology leaders.

  • Ability to build a pipeline, originate opportunities, and close strategic deals.

  • Negotiation and deal orchestration skills; comfortable coordinating multiple teams

Work Environment / Eligibility

  • Remote role with travel as needed

Compensation at DXC is influenced by an array of factors, including but not limited to the experience, job-related knowledge, skills, competencies, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. A reasonable estimate of the current compensation range for this position is $87,700 - $131,500.
