The Role
As a Sales Operations Analyst, you are the business partner for our North America R&D and Quality SMB team. You are a high-potential partner to the Segment Operations team and Sales Leadership. We are looking for an operationally minded, data-driven thinker: someone who excels at day-to-day execution but is always looking "around the corner" to improve the system.
You aren’t just reacting to requests; you are a key architect of our growth strategy, auditing the sales process to identify gaps and opportunities. You will play a hands-on role in annual planning, territory design, and the quota-setting process to ensure our targets are both ambitious and attainable. Whether you are driving revenue forecast or delivering ad-hoc analysis, your goal is to provide the strategic insights and operational stability for the team needs to sell successfully
What You’ll Do
- Serve as the business partner to the SMB leadership team to drive sales effectiveness and results
- Act as a key contributor to the annual planning and forecasting cycles by auditing historical data, validating territories, and supporting the quota-setting process
- Develop data-driven insights and recommendations on pipeline, segmentation, targeting, and sales motion
- Own the day-to-day operational engine for the North America R&D and Quality team, managing account transitions, CRM hygiene, and BI tool troubleshooting to ensure seamless sales execution
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations or Management Consulting.
- Strategic. Able to use both data and intuition to develop simple solutions to complex issues
- Self-starter comfortable taking initiative and working both individually and in teams
- Have worked in a high-growth environment and prioritize time well
- Technically savvy. Very comfortable in Excel, PowerPoint and G Suite

Compensation
- Base pay: $75,000 - $110,000
- The salary range listed here has been provided to comply with local regulations and represents a potential base salary range for this role. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range above or below, depending on experience and location. We look at compensation for each individual and base our offer on your unique qualifications, experience, and expected contributions. This position may also be eligible for other types of compensation in addition to base salary, such as variable bonus and/or stock bonus.
