Being a Sales Operations Analyst at iManage Means… 

You are a data-driven, detail-oriented problem solver who thrives at the intersection of sales, analytics, and systems. In this role, you’ll work in parallel with our existing Sales Operations Analyst to provide actionable insights that drive revenue performance, pipeline health, and forecasting accuracy across our global GTM organization. 

You’ll help optimize the end-to-end sales process, ensuring our teams have the tools, data, and analysis needed to make informed decisions. Your work will directly influence how iManage measures success, identifies growth opportunities, and scales operational excellence across regions. 

This role is perfect for someone who loves turning complex data into clear insights, understands the rhythm of SaaS revenue operations, and is excited to make a measurable impact in a growing global sales organization. 

iM Responsible For… 

  • Analyzing sales performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement across pipeline, conversion, and win rates 
  • Building, maintaining, and automating dashboards and reports in BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker) to support GTM leaders 
  • Writing SQL queries and leveraging CRM data to drive ad-hoc and recurring analysis requests 
  • Partnering with Revenue Operations, Sales Leadership, and Finance to support forecasting accuracy and revenue predictability 
  • Collaborating cross-functionally to improve data quality, lead flow, and reporting alignment between marketing, sales, and customer success 
  • Managing data integrations and ensuring consistency across key systems (Salesforce, Marketo, SalesLoft, ZoomInfo, Demandbase, etc.) 
  • Supporting the continuous improvement of GTM processes, including pipeline management, lead routing, and territory planning 

iM Qualified Because I Have… 

  • Strong SQL skills for querying and manipulating large datasets 
  • Advanced Excel / Google Sheets experience (pivot tables, modeling, complex formulas) 
  • Familiarity with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker 
  • Ability to run descriptive, diagnostic, and trend analyses (conversion rates, funnel leakage, performance trends 
  • Understanding of SaaS metrics including ARR, NRR, CAC, LTV, churn, and pipeline coverage 
  • Familiarity with GTM funnel stages (lead → opportunity → customer → expansion/renewal) 
  • Experience supporting forecasting models and analyzing revenue predictability 
  • Understanding of sales process optimization and lead management best practices 
  • Experience working with CRM data (Salesforce preferred) 
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools (Marketo, HubSpot) and enrichment platforms (ZoomInfo, Demandbase, LeanData) 
  • Understanding of data flow, ETL processes, APIs, and data warehouses (Snowflake, Azure Data Lake, etc.)

The overall US annual base salary range for this position is $115,000 - $135,000 per year. Individual compensation for each candidate depends on factors such as qualifications, experience, and candidate location. This range does not include additional forms of compensation, such as bonuses, commission, or benefits.
