As a Sales Associate, you’ll build rapport with customers to ensure customer satisfaction by guiding them in their vehicle purchases. Using excellent communication and listening skills, you will help customers select the right vehicle and negotiate payment terms to meet their lifestyle and budget. Lastly, you will drive customer loyalty by following up to ensure their experience is top-notch and to help transition customers to the Service Department for their vehicle needs.

What You’ll Do:

  • Sales Process: Exhibit consultative selling skills and assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses
  • Build relationships: Nurture enriching relationships to build a strong client base
  • Product Specialist: Know the ins and outs of product offerings, optional packages, and the latest technologies; perform high-quality, professional demonstrations of new/used vehicles
  • Communication: Follow up with buyers to ensure successful referral business
  • Negotiation: Learn to overcome objections and thrive within sales situations
  • Data and Reporting: Report directly to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analysis.

Sales Consultant/ Salesperson: $60K-$100K
Compensation will be based on performance and experience; pay ranges may vary from the displayed amounts
