To keep that momentum going strong, we’re expanding our team of enthusiastic go-getters. We’re on the hunt for an Account Manager to oversee a portfolio of assigned customers & develop new business from existing clients, all while providing excellent customer service.

In this role, you will:

  • Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your accounts
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
  • Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
  • Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
  • Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas
  • Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
  • Collaborate with sales team to identify and grow opportunities within territory
  • Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Sales or relevant field
  • 1+ years experience in account management
  • Solid experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce, Zoho CRM or HubSpot) and MS Office (particularly MS Excel)
  • Advanced problem resolution skills and communication abilities
  • Ability to anticipate customers’ needs and match them with appropriate products and services
  • Comfort with working under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be able to travel to Chicago for quarterly team meetings

To be successful on the team, one must assimilate themselves into the team already in place. Our entire team is adaptable and eager to learn. Age does not matter as long as one can learn new skills, provide new ideas, and different points of view. For about a year now, we’ve been having all of our employees engage in our quarterly and annual planning process. This process helps decide which projects we work on. We have breakout sessions where smaller groups brainstorm ideas and bring it back to the larger group. Then we have a voting system that really makes it interactive and fun.

Own the quality of our products as we plan, design, build, test, release and measure releases.
