What you’ll do:

In this role, you will support the sales life cycle and expand relationships throughout the process. This involves building strong partnerships with prospective clients and current clients. This job has a 3 month probationary period, and the ideal candidate will have a talent for initiating and efficiently closing new clients and deals. As a Business Development Executive, you will focus on effectively funneling clients through the sales lifecycle. Additionally, you will play a vital role in the inner workings of a successful client relationship, for Temporary, Temp to Hire, and Direct Hire positions. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in providing excellent service to our clients.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience as a Business Development Executive within staffing, required
  • Demonstrated success building and maintaining professional relationships with clients
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems, Resume Databases, and CRM Platforms
  • Extensive network of professional contacts to identify, qualify, and coordinate meetings as prospective clients
  • Prior experience at a startup, preferred
  • Technically astute with a demonstrated ability to learn and improve new technology
  • Expertise in reviewing resumes, credentials, and validating an individual's competency for a role prior to submission
  • Superb time management and communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation)
