The Opportunity: Come be part of a dynamic sales team helping manage the Litera Partner community. Reporting into the Head of Channel Partners, the Channel Manger role will be responsible for all aspects of partner enablement, achieving channel revenue targets, and managing various partner activities aimed at optimizing the relationships and productivity of the program.

A Day in the Life:

  • Take ownership for achieving channel sales revenue and referral targets
  • Manage global partner relationships, acting as primary contact for partners regarding contract negotiations, conflicts, commissions, and other day to day queries
  • Work closely with the regional sales managers to ensure our partner program makes a positive contribution to their commercial objectives
  • Work with marketing to develop partner marketing campaigns and program
  • Identify new partners based on regional or industry requirements
  • Enable reseller partners to ensure they are well positioned to uncover and win commercial opportunities for our solutions
  • Participate in regular sales team meetings and sales conferences to ensure the needs of our partners are represented
  • Monitor competitors and market conditions

Role progression: Within 1 month, you will:

  • Complete the Litera onboarding porgram.
  • Meet your team and learn the nuts and bolts of our business, and where we're going.
  • Be introduced to the the Litera partners that you will be working with.

Within 3 months, you will:

  • Be working closely with regional sales teams
  • Meeting regularly with partners
  • Onboarding new partners

Within 6 months, you will:

  • Developing sales programs with partners
  • Work with marketing on partner marketing activities and materials
  • Recruiting strategic partners

About You:

  • You'll be a results-oriented self starter, with
  • Be team-focused, with the ability to gain the personal support of others
  • Have a strong work ethic and commitment to quality
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate well with different teams
  • A commitment to continual personal development
  • 3+ years' software company experience with business development, sales, or partner management background
