Summary

SDIALIGN is the client relations arm of SDI Presence LLC. Our primary focus is to grow and maintain our relationships with our clients. We are a separate group that acts independently and has the voice, budget, and permissions with the full support of our CEO.  While all of our clients have the ear of our CEO, it’s SDIALIGN that helps to create an additional, unbiased, free zone to allow our customers a safe place to voice opinions, concerns, kudos, and anything else that they would like to discuss.  Our focus is to not only grow our relationships but also to be proactive with all of our clients to ensure their and our success, because we are not in the day-to-day, we look at each client and project engagement with a different lens.

Responsibilities

  • Reports and works directly with the Director of Client Relations (Shannon Smith)
  • Arranges meetings with Delivery Executives prior to SDIALIGN discussion with clients
  • Documents SDIAlign feedback into SharePoint
  • Updates SAP with any new/changes in the client contact information
  • Works with the Director of Client Relations to acquire key project information from Delivery Executives to analyze the value of project scope and budget restraints
  • Maintains a running log of project issues and works with the Chief Experience Officer and Director of Client Relations to formulate processes to resolve issues through the Sr. Executive Team
  • Communicates positive client feedback through SDI employee recognition programming.
  • Works with the SDIAlign team to maintain the health and quality of client relationships by keeping in contact with them and follow up with past issues as needed when issues arise
  • Assists in Client engagement activities, open houses, roundtables as required

Requirements

  • Maintains a discreet and professional attitude
  • At least three years of client interaction and/or management
  • A confident verbal communicator that employs clarity to manage key account relationships and reports to diverse audiences at all organizational levels
  • Highly organized and personable person where core duties involve obtaining customer feedback through a developed process with total engaged client involvement for long term client growth potential
