Hireology is seeking a dynamic, self-starting leader to run its SMB sales team. The primary responsibility of this person will be to inflect revenue growth through new customer acquisition through the successful execution of key strategies including: expanding Hireology’s reach into the SMB market, accelerating new partnerships with Franchise systems, developing software integration opportunities, and increasing market awareness through relationships with influential industry associations. The leader will oversee the SMB sales leader will be directly responsible for developing and executing the strategy to achieve double-digit revenue growth.
We’ve grown exponentially, and this role will contribute to our continued growth. The SMB Sales Director will lead our SMB Sales team and ensure the SMB team follows suit.

The New Business Strategy: As we mentioned, we are growing at an exponential rate, and as the Sales Director for the SMB business, you will develop and execute on a strategic plan to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue goals.
Expanding Hireology’s Industry Reach: Hireology has developed dozens of relationships with influential industry associations and brands. You will need to continue to cultivate and expand these relationships.
Building Your Best Team: Hireology is passionate about helping business owners build their best team, and you’ll need to do the same. As the SMB Sales Director, you will develop the hiring plan, and take a meaningful role in recruiting exceptional talent to the organization.

A Strong, Dynamic Leader - you will be leading the charge in the SMB business, and need to have high energy and focus to ensure your team is meeting key performance metrics. You should have demonstrated several years working in a sales leadership role for a software or services company.

Sales leader with at least five (5) years of sales leadership experience and demonstrated ability to hit revenue targets in those years
Builder and a do-er. Must be willing to lay out the strategic direction and also roll up your sleeves to support your team in hitting revenue targets
Excellent organization and planning skills with the ability to integrate company goals into department functions and strategic planning
BS or BA
Strong financial and analytical acumen
Personal style which develops a team atmosphere with colleagues and displays a confident but approachable persona
