NielsenIQ Global Client Delivery is a modern service team transforming the way we serve our clients with new and updated tools to help our teams get the job done quickly and easily. We are the team that partners with clients to fuse data, science, and the talents of our people to provide measurement and improvement for the clients and markets we serve. We are the key link between NielsenIQ and clients. Our service and delivery is the reason clients will continue to invest in our products and service.

This role combines data analysis and client consultation from the start, with plenty of room for growth. You find the stories behind scatter plots and help clients determine which products to launch. Your insights will influence decisions for some of today’s leading global companies.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide support on the execution of projects by compiling, analyzing, and interpreting data sets, creating reports and templates for clients
  • Summarizing data in tables, charts, & graphs, and reviewing data for errors and inconsistencies
  • Simplify data into a compelling story that will be presented to clients and used by industry leaders to set strategy
  • Sharing and actively searching for best practice examples and implementing the approach in their own work whenever possible
  • Setting up and refreshing regular reports
  • Supporting other team members during client meetings and presentations

Qualifications

  • Minimum a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Statistics, Business Management & Analytics or any related field
  • Fresh graduate with data analytics experience from FMCG/ Retail or any other relevant industry preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office e.g., Excel (pivot table, VLOOKUP) and PowerPoint
  • An effective communicator with the ability to interpret and present actionable insights through storytelling
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English
  • Strong analytical mindset and excellent numerical skills 
  • Results-oriented personality and ability to work to tight deadlines
  • Ability to work both independently and as a team player
  • Comfortable working in a digital-enabled and multicultural environment
  • Ability to work within a virtual environment
