Head of Sales Enablement

Reporting to the Worldwide VP of Sales, The Head of Sales Enablement will be focused on driving the GTM strategy of our Sales Organization. In this senior, high visibility, role the areas of focus include translating and prioritizing initiatives around the organization, onboarding new reps, minimizing time to ramp, identifying and sharing best practices, measuring productivity & effectiveness, and establishing consistency.

Responsibilities:
- Partner with Sales Leadership on the design and execution of an overall sales GTM and to build a world class enablement team
- A key measurement will be the productivity of our Sales and GTM teams.
- Translate and prioritize product or solution initiatives across the organization into the GTM team. (Sales Leadership, Field Sales, Inside Sales and Solutions Engineering, Customer Success)
- Work closely with Product Marketing to support new product launches and deploy new messaging and packaging.
- Work with sales leadership to create engaging, Global Quarterly Business Reviews, yearly Sales Kick-Off Events, In-person Training Sessions and New Hire Bootcamps
Minimum Requirements:
- Minimum of 10 years experience focussed on sales enablement or sales operations in a high-growth environment
- Demonstrated experience developing and growing high performing teams
- Effective communicator, ability to convey complex ideas in a clear, concise manner both verbally and in writing
- Experience using MEDDIC sales methodology
