Responsibilities:

• Underwrites condos for conventional limited reviews and full reviews of established projects.
• Reviews documentation (budgets, litigation, reserve studies, HOA insurance, questionnaires, AUS, etc.) to determine condo eligibility.
• Clearly communicates conditions to the POD.
• Demonstrates thorough knowledge of condo documentation and applicable company and investor guidelines/procedures.
• Maintains a high level of communication with all company employees.

Qualifications:

• Ability to manage a heavy workload in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent organizational skills – must be able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Strong technology skills (Outlook, excel and various website navigation)
