This is a strategic account management position. Accounts are target accounts that have a major strategic impact on the long-term success of OpenMarkets. An enterprise-wide position that requires the skill set to represent the entire OpenMarkets portfolio to the customer. Responsible for expanding and retaining named accounts while ensuring ongoing customer service. Provides leadership to the internal support team members that also have responsibilities across the account.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Maintain

  • Drive assigned customer relationship from post go-live thru the full customer life-cycle
  • Point person for all customer management activities
  • Responsible for the master strategy to provide support to assigned strategic health systems customers and ensure strategy is executed. Execute account plans, identify growth opportunities, expansion strategies, and advance relationships with decision makers and influencers to drive acceptance and use of OpenMarkets offerings.
  • Applies specialized knowledge to ensure customer satisfaction and retention and expands opportunities for sales growth.
  • Marshal internal resources to efficiently and effectively support customer’s goals and objectives.

 

Expand

  • Influence future lifetime value through higher product adoption and customer satisfaction
  • Identify opportunities to grow sales and capitalize on opportunities within existing customer base
  • Gather data on marketing trends, competitive products, and pricing to capitalize on selling opportunities
  • Increase and maintain customer renewal rates
