Sales Development Representative (SDR)

It’s with that in mind that Hireology is looking to add a Sales Development Representative to the Inbound Sales Team.
Reporting to the Manager of Inbound Sales, the Sales Development Representative will be responsible for:
- Promptly contacting prospective customers who have requested to see a demo of our product
- Qualifying these prospective buyers before scheduling time for them to speak with a member of our sales team
- Partner closely with marketing and provide feedback on marketing campaigns to help improve strategies to drive quality warm leads
- Serve as the initial point of contact for Hireology; demonstrate the value of our offering (and the quality of our service) in phone and email interactions
- Diligently update Salesforce (our CRM) to ensure all contact with new leads is reflected and information gleaned in initial qualification conversations is recorded
- Learn our business and build a strong foundation for your career at Hireology
- Shadow members of our Business Development team as well as Sales and Customer Success executives to hone in on the skills you’ll need to develop for your next role on the team

Okay, we’ve laid out what the job is - now are you qualified? Here are the minimum qualifications we’re looking for in a Sales Development Representative:
- Comfort and experience using phone and email communication in a professional context
- Experience with Salesforce, Groove or Gong is a plus
- BA/BS is preferred
