Sales Development Representative

Position Summary:

Enduvo is looking for a high energy and dynamic Sales Development Representative to provide pre-sales support. This individual will set the tone for the customer experience and sales cycle and will be challenged to inspire customers to try our award-winning AR/VR platform.

                        

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Manage inbound inquiries and source new sales opportunities through outbound campaigns and inbound lead follow-up.
  • Contact potential customers, develop rapport, cultivate relationships and schedule voice and video consultations; qualify leads into prospects;  present and promote our capabilities to potential clients.
  • Obtain financial insight by identifying budget and key decision-makers for each sales opportunity.
  • Promote the use and benefits of Enduvo software while achieving key sales targets.
  • Act as the subject matter expert on product offerings and perform remote software demonstrations; determine the ROI for the software in customer-specific use cases.
  • Participate in company meetings to obtain current product knowledge and understand sales techniques; maintain strong understanding of the value of the company’s products and services; develop & maintain knowledge of competitive products.
  • Prepare reports, proposals, booking packages and other documentation as required for executive-level presentations.
  • Communicate and coordinate with Account Executives on a weekly basis to ensure company quotas and standards are being met .
  • Identify sales opportunities by analyzing and summarizing information and trends related to the competition and providing recommendations to management
  • Assist in the development of lead generation strategies to increase the value of the sales pipeline 
  • Keep management informed by communicating concerns, issues, feedback from customers and new requirements; provide accurate monthly and quarterly forecasting; submit activity and results reports
  • Maintain and organize all customer account information and communications in Salesforce and MailChimp

 

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • 3 - 5 years of direct SaaS sales experience (indirect channel sales a plus);  eLearning or training industry experience and a broad network of training contacts is required
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional work experience
  • Excellent knowledge of and a high level of experience using Salesforce, LinkedIn, Google Apps, Dropbox, MailChimp and Microsoft Office
  • Ability to edit and create customized reports and dashboards in Salesforce
  • Ability to use Salesforce to manage all data collection, task management and pursuit status during the sales process
  • Familiarity with importing & exporting contacts between MailChimp and Salesforce
  • Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools with the ability to produce engaging and informed sales proposals, ROI analysis, presentations and supporting documentation
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with a distributed team
  • Ability to effectively prioritize time and responsibilities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Proven relationship building skills as well as the ability to develop and build rapport at all levels of an organization
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with a variety of styles and approaches to influence the buying decision process
  • Drive, grit, and a strong desire to learn, collaborate, compete and win
  • Demonstrated ability to meet sales goals
