Job Description

We’re looking for the next great sales enablement associate. The Sales Enablement Senior Analyst role will be part of our Global Sales Operations team, focused on support our SMB segment in North America. The role reports directly to the Head of North America Sales Enablement.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Work with Sales teams to support pre- and post-sales processes

• Engage with sellers to problem solve, and find opportunities for efficiency in our day-to-day workflows.

• Manage numerous requests concurrently & strategically.

• Drive improvements in sales and contract processes to ensure we are positioned for growth.

• Support our lead generation strategies, including internal and external campaigns, in partnership with sales and marketing leadership.

• Engage with sellers and other sales operations associates to drive sales technology adoption and transformative sales processes.

You are a talented and process driven professional, but that’s just the start. Problem solving and process improvement is where you thrive, and the prospect of designing and executing new sales enablement strategies fuels you. You have an understanding of the sales process, and the pain points that many sellers experience, and are passionate about figuring out exactly how to solve them. Creating connections in a virtual environment does not faze you. A naturally curious person, you have a drive to seek solutions and drive efficiency for our sellers. You have excellent communication skills and love dealing with people in various ways from emails to phone discussions. Active listening, persistence, problem-solving, and positivity drive your work. 

QUALIFICATIONS

• 2-3+ years of related work experience

• Proven track record of problem identification and solution creation

• Self-motivated and proactive, with a strong attention to details and organization

• Understanding of sales performance metrics

• Excellent communications skills with the ability to challenge the status quo in a professional manner

• Ability to prioritize and demonstrate relentless discipline in achieving goals

• Prior exposure to SaaS based Sales Technology, including CRM discipline
