ReviewTrackers is currently looking for a passionate, self-motivated, and collaborative Sales Operations Specialist to join our Sales Team. This role will help support our growing sales organization by ensuring that policies, systems and procedures relating to Salesforce automation and related analytics are maintained and adhered to. The Sales Operations Specialist will track, monitor, analyze and report on the ongoing quality and integrity of all sales data and will work closely with Sales team members to build dashboards and conduct ad hoc analysis to help support the team and executive management goals.

What you will be working on:

  • Serve as a primary resource for all sales support projects and initiatives
  • Engage and work with aligned teams to more effectively achieve data needs and analysis results
  • Perform various data quality checks, including investigation and work with Salesforce Administrator on remediation steps
  • Apply data cleansing techniques to improve the quality and accuracy of contacts and accounts databases and develop processes and methods for acquiring net new names to our database
  • Create and maintain dashboards and reports that give business stakeholders visibility into the key information that will allow them to effectively coach and manage their team
  • Assist the sales operations manager in understanding process bottlenecks and inconsistencies to implement data enrichment processes to improve the sales team’s performance
  • Support the development of sales and operations strategy, understand priorities and execute operational plans
  • Manage multiple concurrent projects and initiate, drive projects to completion with minimal guidance
  • Work cross-functionally with partners in Sales, Finance, Marketing and IT to support business initiatives

Who you will be working with:

  • You will be reporting directly to our Sales Operations Manager
  • You will work closely with Sales Administrator, Sales & Marketing Teams
  • You will work closely with sales management to inspect sales process and data quality and prioritize opportunities for improvement. Assists sales management in understanding process bottlenecks and inconsistencies.

What we need from you:

  • Experience in sales operations or equivalent experience working with a Sales team
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce.com CRM preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets
  • 1+ years of experience in sales or business analysis /operations supporting a sales organization
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Detail-oriented & diligent with excellent time & deadline management
  • Teamwork & collaboration oriented
  • Able to take initiative, ownership, and be proactive in their daily work
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with Salesforce, ZoomInfo, HubSpot and LinkedIn Sales Navigator desirable

Location

Located in The Loop, our Chicago headquarters is a quick walk to public transportation options such as the CTA and Metra. We're close to Millennium Park as well as a variety of trendy restaurants and shopping venues. Our team is mostly remote, but our office is open to local and visiting employees!
