Salesforce Administrator
SpotHero is seeking a Salesforce Administrator to implement, administer, and improve the enabling technologies used within and between our business teams. Primarily focused on Salesforce administration including but not limited to support and maintenance, front end interface design, and the creation of customized automations for efficient and effective cross-functional workflows. Work with the Senior Director, Revenue Operations to understand prioritization and complete all assigned projects.

What will you do:
- Manage Salesforce administration through design, build, implementation, adoption, and improvement.
- Assist in the implementation of new solutions from within the Salesforce suite of Products.
- Maintain integrations with SFDC.
- Gather information and translate business needs into functional requirements to drive building new and improving existing components of the Salesforce system.
- Collaborate with Director, Revenue Enablement to create SFDC training modules to ensure adoption of and adherence to internal best practices by Salesforce end users.
- Responsible for troubleshooting, determining the cause of the issue, and finding the appropriate solution or preventative measures.
- Invest time in continuing to develop Salesforce knowledge and expertise, utilizing the Salesforce training module program.
- Secure and safeguard data to preserve its integrity, reliability, and availability and ensure appropriate access levels are maintained.
- Manage Projects using Revenue Operations' Project Management software, ensuring clear, consistent communication of prioritization, progress, and completion.
- Lead support and maintenance of Salesforce and other Revenue Operations tools.
- Onboard new employees to Salesforce and other Revenue Operations tools.

What you bring:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 years experience as a Salesforce Administrator across multiple departments.
- Salesforce Admin Certification (ADM201) is required.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and functionality, with the ability to build solutions of basic and intermediate complexity using custom apps and objects, formula fields, automations, custom views, flows, and other tools within Salesforce.
- Proven ability to design and implement new processes and facilitate user adoption.
- Demonstrated ability to understand and articulate complex requirements.
