We seek an experienced senior Business Development professional to accelerate revenue from current and future product offerings by driving relationships with strategic technology partners, including service partners, channel partnerships, and SaaS ISVs.

Responsibilities:
- First and foremost, drive bookings and revenue growth through our growing partner ecosystem, emphasizing global services providers, channel partnerships, and SaaS ISV.
- Foster existing relationships to help partners accelerate their customer acquisition to drive reseller revenue, including a wide range of industry-specific marketing technology vendors spanning Automotive, Travel & Hospitality, Retail and Financial Services.
- Support recruitment of new partners, with emphasis on global services partners and SaaS ecosystem partners to expand market coverage and accelerate development of new product offerings on the Vibes Platform, including new integrations and new value-add product extensions (and categories).
- Expand relationships with existing strategic platform partners, including full ownership of our relationship and direct revenue attributed to these high-priority enterprise partners (e.g. Adobe, Salesforce, LivePerson, Sparkfly, etc.)
- Team up with Revenue Operations to forecast partner ARR and bookings, process orders, and deliver partner-related business reports.
- Team up with Product to help prioritize, develop, and deliver solutions that enable partners to deliver new value-add services and product offerings
- Team up with Customer Success to deliver partner enablement and maximize partner’s success in delivering a world-class experience to end-customers
- Team up with Marketing to deliver necessary positioning, collateral and campaigns
- Team up with Sales to deliver high quality sales enablement, training and support related to joint-selling partnerships
- Work with partners to develop business plans to achieve revenue commitments, conduct QBRs, and measure performance against pre-established business metrics
Required Skills:
- Proven track record of driving revenue within a cross-functional ecosystem
- 7-12+ years business development, channel/partner or sales experience in SaaS or related industries (Software, IT, etc.)
- Multiple years of experience directly collaborating with Fortune 500 Enterprise technology platforms (i.e. focused on content & commerce, data & insights, and marketing & customer service orchestration); experience with Adobe, Salesforce, SAP and/or Oracle ecosystem (including subsidiaries) is beneficial.
- Self-starter, broad thinker, strategic planner, able to develop and implement strategy
- Data- and results-driven
- Demonstrated ability to cultivate partner relationships quickly that result in new revenue
- Experience carrying a quota; enjoys finding a way each quarter to exceed ever increasing targets
- Experience developing and managing large accounts with sales teams of 50+ sellers
- Experience facilitating technical development partnerships (e.g. API-based platform integrations)
- Ability to synthesize customer journeys to relevant use-cases to business outcomes.
- Demonstrated track record of successful channel development in organizations with recurring revenue models including software and services
- Experience delivering process and system improvements to drive automation and ultimately higher performing SLA/KPI through collaboration with internal operations and/or product teams
- Experience driving input on new product development
- Experience developing and executing GTM plans, ideally in new market segments
- Demonstrated track record of promotions and increased responsibility
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable speaking in public, including small forums (e.g. lunch and learns, birds of a feather sessions) thru large audiences (e.g. panel discussions, or solo presentations on stage or via online group meetings)
- Demonstrated experience establishing and managing reseller relationships
- Prior knowledge of AI or NPL is desired though not required
- Bachelor’s degree or comparable work experience; MBA highly preferred
