We’re looking for a driven Vice President of Sales. Is it you?
The Vice President (VP) of Sales is a hands-on leader responsible for Evive’s revenue generation, new customer acquisition strategy, current account expansion, and overall sales. The VP of Sales needs to be self-motivated, take responsibility, and first and foremost be passionate about building and managing a high-performing sales force. Success will be measured by new customer acquisition, as well as existing customer up-sell.

- Revenue: Direct responsibility for direct and channel sales to drive new business acquisition and revenue growth. Craft and execute against overall revenue strategy for all functions, from initial lead through customer acquisition, to maximize revenue.
- Scale: Understand and have experience in driving growth at a similar stage company focused on the enterprise space. Propose and implement necessary adjustments to the playbook to optimize performance and facilitate growth.
- Hiring, Training and Development - Hire great people and get them ramped in a coordinated and timely manner. Build a strong training and onboarding program, performance assessment, coaching and feedback, team succession planning and ongoing training
- Leadership: Manage a growing team across multiple geographies including team structure, hiring, performance assessment, coaching, team succession planning and training.
- Process, Analytics and Predictability: Assess and improve upon current sales processes, methodologies, infrastructure and metrics. Create and execute long-term sales plans, including strategies, goals, quotas, tracking mechanism and analytics. Ultimate goal is to build a highly metrics driven and predictable revenue team.
You bring a lot to the table.
- Previous experience as Senior Sales Leadership for a high growth Software company (preferred SaaS company experience)
- Demonstrated success creating a strong sales engine and improving sales operations, resulting in repeatable success.
- Proven success in scaling a sales force and revenue streams to 30-50M and beyond.
- Strategic thinker that has the ability to build innovative sales models, combined with the tactical ability to execute
- Experience selling in the Healthcare/Benefits industry (preferred)
- Must be builder of teams, processes, systems and culture
- Highly collaborative and hands-on, excellent relationship building skills, with an ability to prioritize, negotiate, and work with a variety of stakeholders.
